How to Keep Your Food Fresh

Here is a guide to help you keep food fresh from the moment it is delivered to that glorious time before eating.

Here is how to keep your food Fresh:

  • Food should be put in a cold storage space no later than two hours after delivery.

  • Food can be stored in the refrigerator (40°F or bellow ) for 3 and 4 days.

  • Food can be stored in the freezer (0°F or bellow) for 10 and 12 days.

Here is how to handle your food before eating:

  • Refrigerated food should be heated (microwaved) at 141 °F or above for at least 3 minutes

  • Frozen food should be heated (microwaved) using the defrost option on your microwave. Enter the weight located on the bottom right corner of the food label. Your food should defrost thoroughly.
